SLAKE was born from a revelation. It is the expression of a path of resilience, a hand extended to those who choose to free themselves from ignorance and become conscious again.
SLAKE was founded to offer an alternative to conventional approaches to health and spirituality.
Its mission is an invitation to reclaim your sovereignty. This site sows seeds of knowledge and awakening, to help each person rediscover their inner freedom and spiritual power.
We live in a world where societal, cultural, family, and emotional conditioning distances us from our true essence.

SLAKE does not claim to hold absolute truth. Each person has their own, according to their journey and the experiences they are led to live. This project is simply here to walk with you on your path, with love and commitment.
My path was forged through decades of trials, pain, and profound transformations — of body, soul, and spirit. A near-death experience, burnout, years of chronic illness, and an obstinate quest for understanding where conventional medicine had no answers.
That is where SLAKE was born. Not from a theory, not from a diploma — but from an entire life lived from within.

Why SLAKE?
For years, SLAKE matured within me. Inspired by the teachings I received and my personal journey, it is the culmination of more than 25 years of transformation.
SLAKE was born from the impulse to share these learnings, but also from the deep desire to contribute, in my own way, to a necessary change in this world. This project is a seed I sow with humility, knowing that its germination will depend on each person who crosses its path, and that each soul has its own rhythm.
SLAKE is also the fruit of a concrete commitment. I built this site alone, without technical knowledge, with my faith, my determination, and this deep feeling that I had to do it, no matter the cost. I relied on tutorials and artificial intelligence, advancing step by step, despite blockages and resistance.
Two years ago, I still believed my role would be to write a book. But life led me to this digital project, more alive, more interactive, better suited to direct transmission. Each stage of creating the site was a mirror of my own healing process, a field for integrating sovereignty at every level.
SLAKE: a living and collective project
This project is in motion. SLAKE will grow through encounters, sharing, and awakenings. It will evolve with those who recognize themselves in it, at the pace of their own transformation.
I am deeply convinced that change will not come from a spectacular external upheaval, but from the infinitely precious sum of individual inner transformations.
Each awakening, even the slightest, each wound recognized, each fear overcome, each limitation transmuted is a seed sown in the field of reality. This is how change happens. A grain of sand seems insignificant, yet it is billions of grains of sand that shape the beaches – and their beauty depends on each one.
The world transforms at the pace of our choices, our healed silences, our actions carried out in consciousness, even the most discreet. The wheel of change does not set in motion with a crash, but through the gentle and firm impulse of those who dare to be out of step, initiate another way of being, and inspire by their example.
In this silent but sacred work, SLAKE is not a ready-made solution. It is a breath, a compass, an outstretched hand. A guide for those who feel the inner call to remember who they truly are.
Like a seed sown in fertile soil, each act of inner sovereignty prepares the ground for a different world. There is no dazzling miracle, no grand scene where everything shifts. True change spreads from heart to heart, in the humility of those who dare to see differently, think differently, be differently.
